Week of 2/10/08 to 2/17/08 hours of operation

Hello folks, and thanks for visiting our blog! I just want to let everyone know, because of our very exciting Skate Date event we are having this Thursday, we are closing a little earlier on Tuesday and Wednesday for rehersing our figure skating show portion of the evening.

Tuesday Feb 12th closing at 6:30pm

Wednesday Feb 13th, closing at 7:00pm

Thursday Feb 14th, OPEN UNTIL 10PM! WOO HOO! LATE SKATING

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday we will be back to regular hours.

Valentine's Day Skate Date

We are back open, and better than ever! We are getting ready to host our Valentines Day Skate Date. We will be open all day on Valentines Day from our normal 12 noon time all the way to 10pm! We usually close at 8pm on Thursdays, but we will be open for a couple of extra hours for those love birds out there looking to skate just a little longer under the stars. Along with the normal admission price, we will be hosting a FREE figure skating show called Moulin Rouge! The Show lasts about a half an hour, and it starts at 8pm, so don't miss it! Get a babysitter for the kids and have a romantic evening under the stars at Kendall Square Community Ice Skating. We look forward to skating with you!

Kendall Square Community Ice Skating

Hello everyone! I had a great holiday. The rink will be closed today, Thursday, January 10th due to the warm weather we have be experiencing. although the temperature isn't that bad today, the damage it did to the ice when it was warm is paying it's toll now. We are going to be repairing the ice surface throughout the day today and we expect to be back open for business tomorrow, Friday, January 11th. If you are looking for real time updates please feel free to call us at the rink at 617 335-4908 and we would be glad to let you know how we are doing with our ice repair. Our First Night at Kendall Square Community Skating

We had a great first day here in Kendall Square! I would like to thank everyone who joined us today and made it such a good first day open. It's so great to see all the new faces that have never been here before, as well as the Kendall Square regulars. Tonight, we hosted a birthday party! It was Jade McElroy's birthday! HAPPY BIRTHDAY JADE! Here is a picture of her and all of her closest friends enjoying themselves under the stars at our quaint rink!
